QA Automation Engineer (AI)

Location: Poland, Georgia, Serbia, or Cyprus; hybrid or remote options may be available depending on the role. Work from anywhere in the world is available for up to 45 days per year.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for backend services and APIs.
• Build scalable test automation frameworks, internal quality tools, and supporting infrastructure.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and improve test coverage, reliability, and execution efficiency.
• Analyze test results, investigate failures, and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams on quality improvements.
• Establish automation best practices, participate in code reviews, and contribute to quality strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of QA Automation experience for a middle-level position or 5+ years for a senior-level position.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience developing and maintaining automated test frameworks.
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Practical experience with Docker and containerized environments.
• Experience with CI/CD systems such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, API testing, UI testing, backend validation, and technical documentation in English.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI agents and LLMs for code generation, debugging, test development, log analysis, test case creation, and incident investigation.
