What you will do
- Shape the pod’s quality strategy, testing standards, quality gates, and acceptance criteria from the ground up.
- Test AI-assisted and AI-generated outputs, including hands-on testing of proofs of concept and client work when needed.
- Design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks across web, backend, API, and integration layers.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD and modern software delivery processes.
- Advise architects, technical leads, business analysts, clients, and other stakeholders on risks, quality trade-offs, and validation approaches.
- Help establish shared definitions of done and quality standards while participating in a 2–3 month training and ramp-up cycle.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software testing experience, including manual and automated testing, with proven experience in a Senior Test or QA Lead role.
- Strong knowledge of QA principles, testing methodologies, test architecture, test data management, mocking, stubbing, risk-based testing, and quality decision-making.
- Experience defining quality strategies, testing processes, quality gates, testing standards, acceptance criteria, and validation approaches.
- Practical experience using AI and LLM tools for test design, test case generation, automation development, debugging, refactoring, and quality analysis.
- Experience establishing QA practices in greenfield or rapidly evolving environments and working in Agile, cross-functional teams.
- Upper-Intermediate strong or Advanced English level required.
