Tech Governance Transformation Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Lead technology governance automation and reporting across personnel, processes, and systems.
• Design, develop, and operate backend services and automation workflows using Go and Python.
• Build internal tools and user interfaces with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Automate compliance checks, control monitoring, evidence collection, exception management, remediation tracking, and governance reporting.
• Advise Technology, Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders on technology governance, risk, compliance, security, and AI matters.
• Review architectures, data flows, integrations, access models, and deployment approaches to identify risks and embed security-by-design and governance-by-design before production.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, platform engineering, automation, internal tooling, or governance technology.
• Experience in technology audit, risk management, compliance, cybersecurity, and internal control principles.
• Ability to translate audit, regulatory, compliance, and security requirements into functional requirements, technical designs, automated controls, and reporting solutions.
• Experience with control automation, compliance or security tooling, evidence collection workflows, exception management, or governance dashboards.
• Ability to provide practical advisory support on technology, security, AI, and risk matters to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
