Injection Moulding Supervisor (Medical Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Supervise injection moulding production, shift leads, and production staff.
• Track production KPIs and communicate results to production employees.
• Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, coach staff, and manage conflicts.
• Enforce safety, quality, and environmental policies while maintaining production and attendance records.
• Make timely decisions to maintain output and provide direction during production issues.
• Lead process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste and costs, improve quality, and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of production experience.
• Required experience with lean manufacturing or a similar process in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, coaching, and employee conflict-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize multiple responsibilities, and produce clear reports and presentations.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to turn ideas into practical improvements.

Nice to have

• SAP experience.
