Business Development Manager | Tbilisi
🔗 We are a licensed crypto exchange in Georgia, growing in the fintech sector. We are looking for a person to develop partnerships and bring in corporate clients.

Responsibilities
Identify and segment target clients
Develop a go-to-market strategy for each segment: priorities, channels, and communication approach
Search for potential clients and proactively reach out to them, identify decision-makers, and conduct initial negotiations
Actively attend business events, conferences, and industry meetings in Georgia (travel may be required)
Manage CRM: pipeline, statuses, and communication history
Analyze results and prepare monthly reports: what works, what doesn’t, and adjust the strategy accordingly

📍Requirements
Reside in Georgia
Georgian language — mandatory
Russian — fluent, as a plus
English — Intermediate or higher
3+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development
Strategic thinking: understanding where the money is and how to reach it
Nice to have
Experience in fintech, crypto, or payment services
Own network of contacts in automotive, real estate, or gambling
Understanding of the crypto market specifics in Georgia
