What you will do

• Lead a global pre-sales organization of more than 100 people across all continents and 35+ actively sold markets.
• Own solution strategy for core banking, cards, and payments, including discovery, demonstrations, RFPs, proofs of concept, and bid governance.
• Co-own the banking and payments sales budget, pipeline coverage, technical win rate, and forecast accuracy with Sales.
• Act as the executive bridge to Product, Marketing, and PR, converting field insight into roadmap and build, partner, or buy decisions.
• Own go-to-market reference architectures, deal standards, and reusable solution assets.
• Attract, retain, and develop solution leaders while building organizational bench strength.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in banking and payments technology.
• 5+ years leading global pre-sales or solutions organizations at scale.
• Deep expertise in core banking, cards, and payments, with credibility among bank CIO and COO buyers.
• Experience co-owning significant revenue targets alongside Sales.
• Experience leading leaders in a multi-region, cross-cultural environment.
• Ability to influence Product, Marketing, and regional leadership without direct authority.
