Senior Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Orlando, Florida; three days per week in the downtown Orlando office

hirify.global builds an AI operating system for pharmacy teams to streamline prior authorizations, paperwork, care coordination, and specialty-pharmacy operations.

What you will do

• Take product features from loose requirements through production, including data models, APIs, LLM functionality, rollout, and monitoring.
• Build and operate LLM-powered features for real users in a regulated healthcare environment.
• Develop integrations with Epic workflows, prior authorization processes, and pharmacy operations.
• Design full-feature architecture covering data, APIs, state management, and rollout strategy.
• Monitor metrics, error logs, and user feedback for the feature area.
• Work closely with engineering leadership and colleagues in the Orlando office to ship quickly.

Requirements

• Production engineering experience with the ability to explain technical choices, tradeoffs, and lessons learned.
• Comfort working with incomplete requirements and shaping solutions independently.
• Strong product judgment and ownership of regressions and user outcomes.
• Experience incorporating AI tools into day-to-day engineering work.
• Ability to work from the Orlando office three days per week in a hybrid arrangement.
