Operation Manager

Location: Madrid, Spain; onsite five days a week

What you will do

• Oversee daily operations across one or more smart kitchen facilities.
• Onboard restaurant partners, support permitting, manage relationships, and resolve operational issues.
• Lead facility teams, including scheduling, training, performance management, and order fulfillment.
• Review KPI metrics, contribute to goal setting, and manage and report facility P&L.
• Coordinate maintenance, minor repairs, external vendors, and procurement initiatives.
• Maintain health and safety compliance, cleaning standards, and partner adherence to local protocols.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in operations, supply chain, or facility maintenance.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce is preferred.
• Articulate communication in Spanish and English is required.
• Independent problem-solving ability, strategic and analytical thinking, integrity, autonomy, and ownership.
• Positive attitude, composure in a fast-paced environment, open availability, and flexibility.
