hirify.global is recruiting for an advanced robotics engineering team developing Physical AI solutions for autonomous mobile robots and industrial robotic arms.

What you will do

• Develop and deploy AI capabilities for perception, navigation, manipulation, and interaction.
• Build obstacle detection, object classification, pose estimation, SLAM, and localization systems.
• Optimize robotics solutions using RGBD cameras, LiDAR, and ToF sensors.
• Take AI products from concept through production deployment and customer support.
• Collaborate with robotics and R&D teams across mobile and manipulator platforms.
• Evaluate model performance and use simulation and synthetic data generation to accelerate development.

Requirements

• Strong experience shipping AI/ML products into production.
• Deep knowledge of robotics perception and sensor fusion.
• Expertise in data science, data engineering, and ML model evaluation.
• Experience integrating AI into robotics software stacks, including SLAM and localization systems.
• Background with autonomous mobile robots, industrial robotic arms, or autonomous systems.
• Experience with NVIDIA Isaac tools and simulation platforms.

• Interest in emerging Vision-Language-Action models for robotics.
• Scientific approach to engineering and strong collaboration skills.
