Product Development Engineer (eBeam)

What you will do

• Maintain and coordinate daily schedules and system usage, including health checks, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, calibration, upgrades, revision control, testing, debugging, and measurement-performance analysis.
• Diagnose system issues and collaborate with optics, laser, stage, loader, imaging, and algorithms experts to resolve technical problems.
• Contribute to design reviews, engineering builds, alpha builds, and test phases by validating products against design tolerances and marketing specifications.
• Prepare initial system-alignment, calibration, and troubleshooting diagnostics.
• Train service and manufacturing employees and travel to customer sites when needed to resolve technical issues after product release.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience maintaining eBeam systems.
• Demonstrated ability to advance solutions to technical problems in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
