Associate Engineer, Equipment Engineering (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Singapore; onsite work in a cleanroom and production environment

What you will do

• Perform 12-hour rotating shift duties to support and optimize test-process operations.
• Develop and implement test-process control and improvement methods for production.
• Design, operate, and maintain sophisticated test equipment and fixtures while minimizing defects and failure rates.
• Analyze reports and charts, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with specialists and supplier representatives to resolve quality issues and improve supplier performance.
• Create production job files, maintain cleanroom housekeeping, and follow all environmental, health, safety, and security requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical and Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Relevant education and/or 1–2 years of experience in test engineering or wafer-fab production.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts and attend to test fixtures or equipment in a cleanroom.
• Good interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
