O2C Customer Service Analyst (Fixed Term)

What you will do

• Process manual customer orders received by phone, fax, and email, prioritizing urgent requests according to KPIs.
• Handle customer complaints and collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Support billing, invoice, account discrepancy, credit, payment, and customer dispute processes.
• Analyze customer aging and engage customers by phone or email to support collections.
• Monitor and resolve outbound sales order and sales interface issues.
• Support global and regional O2C projects, team coverage, onboarding, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in O2C or finance, including customer service and process change delivery.
• Experience with the SAP O2C module, Business Warehouse, or Business Objects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient English and at least one additional language: French, Italian, or Spanish.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, communication, compliance, and customer-focused skills.

Nice to have

• Experience managing complex customer accounts in a multinational environment.
• Advanced knowledge of regional logistics and Lead Logistics Provider coordination.
• Experience with SOX and operational controls.
