What you will do

• Manage collection of accounts within an assigned portfolio, ensuring compliance with payment terms and credit limits.
• Use FSCM and SAP to monitor credit exposure, customer accounts, and payment activity.
• Approve credit limits within delegated authority and review sales orders placed on credit hold.
• Resolve payment disputes by collaborating with sales, customer accounts payable departments, and customer service.
• Support annual collection targets, SOX controls, audits, compliance activities, and required training.
• Participate in environmental, health, and safety initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
• Relevant experience in industrial credit is preferred.
• Experience with customer account statement reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is desired.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, initiative, and adaptability skills.
