HR Specialist (m/f/d) People Analytics - SAP SuccessFactors

What you will do

• Deliver high-quality HR reports while meeting regulatory and data protection requirements.
• Integrate multiple data sources and maintain consistent data quality for complex reporting needs.
• Automate and standardize routine reporting processes.
• Optimize data quality and contribute to the development of data governance.
• Analyze reporting results and derive recommendations for HR management.
• Collaborate with Global HR, IT, Finance, Compliance, Legal, and other stakeholders on HR projects.

Requirements

• Degree in economics or a comparable qualification, with extensive experience in HR controlling or a related field.
• Several years of experience creating reports in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, numerical, and communication skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English required.
• Excellent Excel skills and the ability to learn new topics quickly.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of additional SAP SuccessFactors modules or SAP HCM.
• Knowledge of German.
