Senior Full Stack Engineer (Vue/Python/.NET)

Location: Spain, hybrid work model with three days in the office and two days from home

What you will do

• Develop and maintain frontend interfaces, backend services, and databases for customer-facing applications.
• Contribute to architecture, design, and implementation of new features while helping guide the migration from Python to .NET.
• Implement code quality, testing, deployment automation, and CI/CD practices.
• Own product solutions, participate in code reviews, retrospectives, refinements, and daily stand-ups.
• Use AI-assisted development tools while maintaining engineering quality and rigor.
• Share knowledge, mentor developers, collaborate with QA and support teams, and assist in customer meetings.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem, including .NET Core/.NET 6+ and ASP.NET Web API.
• Professional experience with Python, Vue.js and/or TypeScript, frontend build tools, and state management such as Vuex or Pinia.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud services, and infrastructure as code.
• Ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams and contribute to sprint planning, code reviews, communication, and peer mentoring.
• Availability for the Spain-based hybrid work model is required: three days in the office and two days from home.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
• Experience with MSSQL or PostgreSQL, Entity Framework Core, and LINQ.
• Familiarity with RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus.
• Awareness of software security best practices and experience mentoring others.
