Full Stack Software Engineer (Java/Spring Boot)

Location: Granada, Spain, with a hybrid model requiring 1–2 days per week in the Málaga office. Core collaboration hours are 10:00–16:00.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain backend services for a buying platform using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build features that automate and optimize purchasing and article onboarding workflows.
• Enable data-driven and AI-assisted decision-making through analytics and meaningful KPIs.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, Tech, Buying, and Business Intelligence teams.
• Support architectural decisions and improve scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures, such as Kafka, and distributed systems.
• Experience with unit and integration testing and CI/CD pipelines, such as Jenkins or GitLab.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and container technologies, including Kubernetes.
• Good knowledge of relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL.
• Fluent English and a hands-on, team-oriented approach focused on code quality and maintainability.

Nice to have

• Frontend experience with Vue.js.
• Interest in data, analytics, or machine learning.
