Software Engineer (Python/JavaScript/Ruby)

What you will do

• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Technology, and Customer Support to understand workflows and identify friction points.
• Design, prototype, and build internal tools and MVPs, including dashboards and process automations.
• Develop services, automate tasks, integrate internal and external APIs, and work with SQL databases.
• Identify opportunities, pitch ideas, test solutions, and improve them using user feedback.
• Work autonomously in a flexible, fast-paced environment focused on experimentation and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Foundation in backend or fullstack development.
• Experience with at least one of Python, JavaScript with Node.js, or Ruby.
• Basic knowledge of web technologies, APIs, databases, and SQL.
• Technical background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field; recent graduates and candidates with bootcamp, internship, or personal project experience are considered.
• Fluent Spanish and fluent English required.
• Curiosity, initiative, adaptability, and willingness to experiment, learn quickly, and improve continuously.

Nice to have

• Experience with React, Next, Vue, or Angular.
• Side projects, automated internal workflows, or tools built to solve specific problems.
