H&S Documentation Manager (Alcudia or Castellon)

What you will do

• Verify contractor, personnel, and machinery documentation before granting worksite access.
• Collect Occupational Risk Prevention documentation from hirify.global personnel and manage access authorization.
• Organize personal protective equipment, medical examinations, and training sessions.
• Monitor CAE and occupational risk prevention requirements and coordinate communication with contractors and project stakeholders.
• Identify risks related to incomplete or non-compliant documentation and support corrective actions.
• Maintain document control, audits, inspections, and H&S administrative processes across two sites.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in site access management and document control, particularly in CAE.
• Basic-level training in occupational risk prevention.
• Knowledge of documentation control, site access procedures, and applicable labor and safety legislation.
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing and validating contractor documentation.
• Effective written communication in English and Spanish is required.
