Compliance Operations Expert (Crypto)

hirify.global is a global cryptocurrency exchange and digital financial platform providing trading, payments, wealth management, custody, institutional services, and Web3 products.

What you will do

• Design and implement compliance frameworks for fiat on-ramp, off-ramp, and payment products across the EU, LATAM, and MENA.
• Develop compliance-ready payment and settlement models combining traditional financial infrastructure with stablecoins.
• Create and maintain policies, standard operating procedures, business models, risk assessments, and partner onboarding guidelines.
• Support EMI, PSP, SVF, CASP, MiCAR, and equivalent license applications in cooperation with legal counsel, regulators, and external advisors.
• Advise product, engineering, operations, and business development teams on compliance implications, fund flows, KYC/KYB, transaction monitoring, and reporting.
• Build cross-border compliance solutions and partnerships with banks, PSPs, stablecoin issuers, and payment networks.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory operations within payments, fintech, or crypto.
• Experience building or scaling compliance frameworks for global payment solutions or financial institutions.
• Experience engaging with regulators and supporting license applications across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of fiat payment infrastructure, including card settlement, bank transfers, and e-money frameworks.
• Knowledge of VASP, stablecoin, blockchain finance, AML/CFT, KYC/KYB, transaction monitoring, risk reporting, fund flows, and internal controls.
• Ability to collaborate with product, legal, engineering, and business development teams and communicate complex regulatory requirements clearly.

Nice to have

• EU experience with MiCAR, PSD2, or MiFID frameworks.
• LATAM experience with payment ecosystems such as PIX or SPEI and local crypto compliance approaches.
• MENA experience with PSP/SVF frameworks and stablecoin regulation.
