Compliance Senior Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Maintain the UK regulatory compliance framework, policies, procedures, monitoring activities, and FCA regulatory engagement.
• Track UK regulatory developments and prepare compliance reporting packs, KPIs, and monitoring outcomes for senior management, risk committees, and the Board.
• Oversee safeguarding, conduct rules, Consumer Duty outcomes, complaints handling reviews, root-cause analysis, and operational resilience requirements.
• Approve UK retail financial promotions, including marketing materials, advertising campaigns, website content, and social media promotions.
• Advise product, engineering, and commercial teams on new payment features, APIs, stablecoin capabilities, and digital asset services.
• Support future applications under the UK cryptoasset regulatory regime.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in a similar compliance role within financial services, preferably in fintech or crypto.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• Recognised professional compliance qualification, preferably ICA.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in London, United Kingdom.
