TL;DR
Technician (Warehouse Automation): Maintaining, diagnosing, installing, configuring, calibrating, and repairing warehouse automation equipment and systems across customer locations in the Bologna area with an accent on electrotechnical, electronic, and mechanical service expertise. Focus on resolving malfunctions, performing remote diagnostics, providing breakdown services, and supporting modernization or replacement decisions.

Location: Milan, with the service area covering greater Bologna and travel throughout Lombardy; customer-site work and periodic on-call service are required.

What you will do

  • Maintain and provide technical support for installed equipment and systems.
  • Install, configure, calibrate, and repair technical products at customer locations.
  • Diagnose issues remotely and resolve equipment malfunctions.
  • Assess when products require modernization or replacement.
  • Provide periodic breakdown services and support sustainable customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Diploma in electrotechnics, electronics, or mechanics, or comparable practical experience.
  • Technical, mechanical, or electronic background.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic methods.
  • Category B driving licence.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Lombardy and work at customer locations.
  • Availability for evening or weekend work and periodic on-call service when required.
