Senior Cybersecurity Consultant (AI)

Location: Netherlands; work from home, the client, or the Amsterdam office

What you will do

• Deliver cybersecurity consulting, implementation, and auditing engagements across strategy, risk, compliance, operations, and resilience.
• Manage projects or complex sub-projects from start to finish, including reporting, deliverable validation, and client commitment tracking.
• Develop new cybersecurity offers and SaaS solutions through the CyberLab, including technology benchmarks and proof-of-concept work.
• Prepare and deliver certified cybersecurity training, awareness sessions, and coaching through the Cyber Institute.
• Contribute to publications, professional events, business proposals, and new client collaboration opportunities.
• Manage client relationships and supervise junior and confirmed consultants while supporting their skills development.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, statistics, or econometrics.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in a consulting firm, including cybersecurity projects.
• Strong interest in data and AI topics, with the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas.
• Knowledge of one or more of Python, C++, Java, Ruby, Node, Go, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of IP networks, operating systems, cloud platforms, applications, and cryptography; blockchain knowledge is an advantage.
• English and Dutch communication and presentation skills are required; non-Dutch speakers will not be accepted.
