Partner Relationship Manager, Network Strategy & Operations

What you will do

• Design, scale, and optimize a national pharmacy fulfillment network.
• Lead complex initiatives with Product, Engineering, Revenue, Finance, Legal, and Patient Services.
• Manage strategic relationships with pharmacy partners, including negotiations, incentive alignment, and contractual discussions.
• Build scalable systems for SLA governance, risk mitigation, escalation management, onboarding, and network expansion.
• Identify automation opportunities and partner with Product and Engineering to deploy tooling that reduces manual work and improves SLA performance.
• Translate operational challenges into structured workstreams and technical requirements from hypothesis through implementation.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, or a high-growth environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills and comfort operating in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear executive-level communication.
• Experience influencing senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Interest in healthcare, life sciences, or other complex regulated industries; direct industry experience is not required.
