About the Role

You will perform maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, and repairs on vehicles and autonomous vehicle systems in a shop environment. You will complete work orders, follow standard operating procedures, capture diagnostic information, document completed work, and promptly escalate issues.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in fleet, automotive, or technical operations
• Experience working on heavy duty diesel trucks and trailers
• Hands-on electrical repair experience, including wiring harness repairs and connector termination
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
• Basic experience with maintenance or mechanical systems
• Willingness to learn AV systems and diagnostics

Responsibilities

• Execute maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks on vehicles
• Complete work orders accurately and on time
• Perform inspections and basic repairs following SOPs
• Work with AV components, sensors, diagnostics, and system checks under guidance
• Capture logs, photos, and diagnostic data
• Follow AV workflows and escalate issues
• Complete required documentation for all work performed
• Participate in shift briefs, debriefs, and handoffs
