Payroll Tax Analyst

Location: Dayton, Ohio, United States; hybrid schedule may allow eligible associates to work from home up to two days per week after training.

What you will do

• Prepare federal, state, and local payroll tax filings.
• Maintain payroll tax records and ensure accurate tax withholdings and payments.
• Analyze payroll data and reconcile payroll-related accounts.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc payroll reports.
• Support payroll reviews, reporting activities, and year-end W-2 and tax processing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Accounting, Finance, or Tax major preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, communicate effectively, work within a team, and maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
