Financial Operations Audit Analyst

Location: Hybrid position in Maitland, Florida, USA, with travel to decentralized company locations

What you will do

• Prepare, perform, review, and document financial operations audits according to established audit programs.
• Conduct interviews, obtain and analyze information, and communicate audit conclusions and test results.
• Manage multiple projects, open items, deadlines, follow-ups, and timely escalations.
• Conduct retests to verify that corrective action plans have been implemented.
• Keep Internal Audit leadership informed about review progress and observations.
• Arrange travel, support acquisition due diligence, and mentor new Internal Audit team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting or audit positions.
• Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize workloads and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to pursue or possession of CPA, CIA, CFE, or relevant insurance designations.
