Video Editor and Content Producer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Palo Alto, Los Angeles, or New York City; remote work available within the USA

What you will do

• Generate content ideas, develop hooks and scripts, and turn loose briefs into practical production plans.
• Own video editing from raw footage through pacing, color, sound, captions, graphics, feedback, and final delivery.
• Create short-form videos from scripted scenes, case studies, interviews, product moments, office content, and existing footage.
• Plan and guide footage capture, including camera, lighting, audio, and remote direction for teams or filming partners.
• Combine live action with product captures, screen recordings, typography, and motion graphics.
• Build repeatable formats and alternate cuts to test ideas and improve performance.

Requirements

• Portfolio of strong short-form edits taken from loose concepts to finished videos.
• Ability to develop original ideas, clear angles, hooks, and stories with limited direction.
• Strong visual storytelling, pacing, comedic timing, sound, and social-format instincts.
• Experience directing non-actors, organizing project files, and delivering polished work in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut.
• Proficiency in AI-powered creative workflows and Higgsfield, including AI-generated visuals integrated with live-action footage.
• Advanced motion graphics and After Effects skills, including typography, transitions, compositing, and product animations.
