Video Content Producer (AI)

Location: San Francisco office; in-person five days a week

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 estimated base salary

What you will do

• Create short- and long-form content for LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Meta.
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage of meetings, product launches, events, and everyday team life.
• Develop recurring content formats showcasing the company’s people, culture, and product.
• Experiment with new concepts and iterate based on performance data and platform trends.
• Track developments in AI, social media, and content creation.

Requirements

• Strong videography, video editing, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and platform-specific trends.
• Ability to independently ideate, shoot, edit, caption, and publish content.
• Ability to work in person in San Francisco five days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience building a personal audience or creator brand.
• Experience creating content for a technology startup.
• Familiarity with AI products or the AI and automation industry.
• Experience capturing authentic team and product stills.
• Proficiency in Figma for social graphics, carousels, thumbnails, and product mockups.
