Location: Hybrid role based in Makati City, Philippines

What you will do
- Develop, test, deploy, maintain, and support software robots using Automation Anywhere or similar platforms.
- Build reusable automation components and process libraries for banking and BPaaS operations.
- Investigate production incidents, implement fixes, and optimize robot performance, stability, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with business analysts to clarify requirements and identify automation opportunities.
- Document automation solutions, exception handling, and operational procedures.
- Perform unit and system testing and support user acceptance testing while meeting security, audit, and operational standards.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in RPA or software automation.
- Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere development.
- Experience automating processes involving web applications, desktop applications, and APIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a basic understanding of software development and structured programming.
- Experience with SQL and data validation activities.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Nice to have
- Experience in banking, financial services, or wealth management.
- Knowledge of processes and operations.
- Experience with REST API integrations.
- Exposure to AI-assisted automation capabilities.
