Senior Investment Professional, Private Equity

Location: Must reside within 35 miles of One hirify.global Plaza in Columbus, Ohio; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Salary: $153,000–$255,000 annually.

What you will do

• Source, evaluate, underwrite, and recommend private equity investment opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth manager and fund reviews, including base-case and downside analysis.
• Monitor portfolios, identify emerging risks, and prepare reporting, forecasting, and communications materials.
• Build and enhance financial and statistical models supporting underwriting and portfolio management.
• Manage relationships with investment managers, prospective managers, service providers, and legal counsel.
• Lead or support special projects and potentially manage the Private Equity Deal Analyst team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Eight to twelve years of related investment experience.
• Broad knowledge of multiple private equity sectors and experience with alternative investments.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, negotiation, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with Bloomberg, Private I, CEPRES, eVestment Alliance, or similar tools.
• Employer-sponsored work authorization is not available, and hirify.global does not participate in the STEM OPT extension program.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, R, Tableau, or similar tools.
• MBA or CFA credential.
