Manager, Facility & Maintenance

Location: On-site in Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia

What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day operation of facilities and equipment across Malaysia.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/QSR facility requirements and local safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain compliance with hazardous material requirements.
• Maintain space planning models and coordinate site selection and tenant-improvement projects.
• Coordinate facility and equipment maintenance activities.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs and ensure schedules meet quality-system requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a degree in a technically related field is preferred.
• Several years of facilities management or equipment maintenance experience, including supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of electronic and mechanical maintenance.
• Technical knowledge of facility systems and preventive maintenance practices.
• Organizational, communication, CAD facility-layout, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and maintain a strong work ethic.
