App Integration Engineer - IAM

Location: Remote; applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States. The role is associated with Dallas, TX, and may include occasional office gatherings.

What you will do

• Lead delivery and implementation of IAM technologies and role-based access controls across applications, infrastructure, and business groups.
• Develop and support SailPoint IdentityIQ application onboarding integrations, including connectors, workflows, rules, and access reviews.
• Define onboarding requirements, roles, resource groups, user accounts, and entitlements with application and infrastructure teams.
• Configure and optimize provisioning, certification campaigns, policy enforcement, and access governance solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvement of onboarding integrations.
• Ensure IAM services align with security, privacy, and industry standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in information security, specifically identity and access management.
• At least 1 year of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or comparable IAM processes.
• At least 1 year of experience with Java, Beanshell, or similar scripting languages.
• Experience with application onboarding, provisioning, access governance, APIs, file-based integrations, or database connectivity.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD integrations, PAM/PIM concepts, user provisioning, MFA, AAA, and password vaulting.
• Current full-time authorization to work in the United States is required; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with SailPoint connectors and custom connector development.
• Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools for access requests.
• Certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
• Familiarity with SAML2 and OAuth2 standards.
