SailPoint Operations Engineer (IAM)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work model with the option to work from home two days per week

What you will do

• Provide advanced Level 3 operational support for SailPoint IdentityIQ, Identity Security Cloud, and itAccess services.
• Investigate and resolve provisioning, identity lifecycle, certification, entitlement, role, workflow, policy, and data-quality issues.
• Manage complex incidents, service requests, problem records, escalations, and planned changes through ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Support executive administrative teams with high-touch identity and access issue resolution.
• Partner with IAM Engineering, PAM owners, Service Management, Help Desk, security operations, and business stakeholders on root-cause elimination and service restoration.
• Contribute to unified “onboard once, govern everywhere” operations, documentation, automation, metrics, and continuous service improvement.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, or similar enterprise IAM technologies.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, access reviews, entitlements, roles, workflows, policy violations, and ownership models.
• Experience with ITIL-based incident, problem, change, and escalation management.
• Experience using ServiceNow or a similar ticketing and workflow management platform.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, customer-service, and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to support planned production changes outside standard hours, including weekends when required.

Nice to have

• Experience with PAM platforms such as CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP-based directories, Entra ID, Ping identity platforms, authentication, federation, and single sign-on.
• Ability to troubleshoot Java or BeanShell scripts, SailPoint configuration, connectors, and integrations.
• Experience with cloud environments, server and database operations, Linux, Windows Server, middleware, scripting, automation, or data analysis.
• SailPoint, PAM, cloud, ITIL, or cybersecurity certifications.
