Annual base salary: $150,000–$186,000

What you will do

• Lead implementation and delivery programs for law enforcement customers, including the New Jersey Department of Corrections.
• Plan and design end-to-end platform deployment and integration activities.
• Manage programs against cost, schedule, technical requirements, and operational goals.
• Translate customer requirements into plans for agile product and engineering teams.
• Manage contract risks, opportunities, dependencies, milestones, and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Technical Support, Product, Marketing, Development, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Experience as a customer-facing professional services or program manager in a complex, multifaceted environment, preferably with law enforcement agencies.
• Experience implementing new technology, working with agile development teams, and delivering against customer schedules.
• Experience with law enforcement and commercial unmanned aircraft systems and related software development.
• Law enforcement or federal program management experience covering technology assessments, systems design and analysis, acquisition planning, and budget planning.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, project management, and data analytics skills.
• FAA Part 107 certification is strongly encouraged within the first 60 days and may be required for certain positions.
