FC Operations Lead (IT)

Location: Herndon, Virginia, United States; hybrid remote with on-site support required at the Freedom Center and Site W.

Salary: $135,000–$160,000 annually.

What you will do

• Lead IT field-support operations at TSA’s Freedom Center and Site W locations.
• Direct help desk, desk-side support, WebEOC user support, O&M, DSRN, and field-support activities.
• Organize 24x7x365 on-site support at the Freedom Center and weekday support at Site W.
• Coordinate troubleshooting, touch labor, workstation integration, cabling, and connection of government and tenant systems.
• Maintain classified and unclassified copper and fiber network infrastructure in coordination with engineering teams.
• Support government events, exercises, continuity equipment readiness, and operational shifts to Site W.

Requirements

• High school education with 10+ years of experience or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of experience managing and leading IT field services in classified environments.
• Experience with desk-side and mobility support, deployment services, asset inventory, video conferencing, A/V operations and maintenance, and local cabling.
• Strong strategic management, leadership, interpersonal, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Ability to provide on-site support at the Freedom Center and Site W is required.
