Refurbishment Operations Lead (Supply Chain)

Annual base salary: $78,200–$101,200

What you will do

• Lead refurbishment programs from initial assessment through implementation, launch, and steady-state operations.
• Coordinate product documentation, compliance labels, packaging requirements, and operational readiness.
• Plan refurbishment materials and production with warehouses, operations teams, and 3PL partners.
• Align production plans with eCommerce demand, product launches, and warranty refurbishment requirements.
• Monitor production execution, inventory, sales, and consumption trends while resolving operational issues.
• Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and actions across cross-functional stakeholders and support innovation projects.

Requirements

• Experience in project or program management within supply chain, operations, manufacturing, reverse logistics, refurbishment, repair, or a related environment.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and the ability to drive actions without direct authority.
• Experience coordinating operational launches, production readiness, or product lifecycle activities.
• Ability to analyze inventory, demand, production, and operational data and identify risks, dependencies, and process gaps.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and project management tools such as Asana.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a global, cross-functional environment.
