Clinical Research Coordinator I

Location: Fully on-site in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States

Salary: $37,800–$94,500 annual base pay

What you will do

• Manage 2–6 clinical trials of varying complexity from study start-up through completion.
• Recruit participants, obtain informed consent, and coordinate participant visits.
• Perform vital signs, phlebotomy, ECGs, and laboratory specimen processing.
• Maintain regulatory documentation and support site audits.
• Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and monitors on study execution.
• Contribute to internal training and mentor junior staff.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a clinical research setting at an investigative site working with participants.
• Hands-on experience obtaining vital signs, performing phlebotomy, conducting ECGs, and processing laboratory specimens.
• Understanding of site operations and the drug development process.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and time management.
• Comfort using CTMS, eCRFs, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work fully on-site in Salt Lake City, Utah.
