What you will do

• Support the conduct of clinical trial activities in accordance with applicable regulations and approved protocols.
• Assist with screening, recruiting, enrolling, and obtaining informed consent from research participants.
• Schedule participant visits, research procedures, and follow-up care.
• Collect participant histories and coordinate laboratory procedures.
• Enter and manage research data while maintaining accurate study records.
• Communicate with investigators, office staff, and study team members while supporting participant safety.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Logical thinking and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business conditions.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.
• Ability to comply with IRB-approved protocols, company policies, sponsor procedures, SOPs, and guidelines.
