What you will do

  • Coordinate and conduct patient visits according to study protocols, ICH/GCP guidelines, sponsor requirements, and company SOPs.
  • Perform clinical procedures including vital signs, ECGs, specimen collection and processing, and phlebotomy as applicable.
  • Obtain and document informed consent while educating and supporting study participants.
  • Monitor participant safety, report adverse events, and escalate concerns appropriately.
  • Complete source documentation, enter data into EDC systems, resolve data queries, and maintain data integrity.
  • Manage investigational product accountability and support monitoring visits, audits, inspections, and protocol adherence.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • 0–1 years of clinical research experience.
  • Experience with patient-facing activities such as phlebotomy, vital signs, and EKGs.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, clinical procedures, ICH/GCP, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, EDC, and CTMS applications.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, confidentiality, and ability to manage competing priorities.

Nice to have

  • Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
