Clinical Research Coordinator

Location: Fully on-site in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States

Salary: $40,800–$102,000 annualized base pay

What you will do

• Coordinate 2–6 clinical trials with varying levels of complexity.
• Recruit participants, obtain informed consent, and manage study activities from start to finish.
• Perform vital signs, phlebotomy, ECGs, and laboratory specimen processing.
• Maintain regulatory documentation and support site audits.
• Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and clinical monitors.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal training.

Requirements

• Clinical research experience at an investigative site working directly with participants.
• CRC I: 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• CRC II: at least 3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator.
• Knowledge of site operations and the drug development process.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and time management.
• Comfort using CTMS, eCRFs, and Microsoft Office.
