(Senior) Clinical Research Associate

Location: Durham, North Carolina, United States of America

Annual base pay: $90,200–$175,100, with the actual offer depending on qualifications, experience, location, and schedule.

What you will do

• Lead site selection, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits in line with GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Build relationships with investigative sites to support performance, recruitment, and engagement.
• Ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and high-quality clinical trial execution.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, escalate concerns, and track study progress.
• Monitor regulatory approvals, enrollment, data quality, documentation, and inspection readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver studies successfully.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1.5 years of on-site monitoring experience.
• Solid understanding of GCP, ICH, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
