Senior Analyst, Retail Lending Account Management

Location: Toronto, ON; hybrid arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site at Toronto-81 Bay

What you will do

• Analyze operational results of retail lending credit processes and recommend efficiency and customer-satisfaction improvements.
• Collect and analyze data to support account management strategy design.
• Develop, produce, and analyze specialized, iterative portfolio management reports.
• Apply credit knowledge, technical skills, and creative problem solving to build models and what-if scenarios.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors, provide subject-matter expertise, and communicate research findings.

Requirements

• Experience with SAS, including mainframe SAS, PC SAS, or Enterprise Miner, or similar data-mining software such as SQL or SPSS.
• Experience with databases and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong data analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of credit processes and the ability to interpret complex portfolio information.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada and able to provide a valid work or study permit where applicable.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with TRIAD or other adaptive control products.
• Working knowledge of credit card portfolio performance drivers.
