Talent Acquisition Partner (12-month Contract)

Location: Toronto, ON; hybrid arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site at Toronto-81 Bay, 34th Floor. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.

What you will do

• Plan and manage talent acquisition activities across assigned portfolios, including sourcing, interviewing, and class hiring requirements.
• Develop strategic sourcing approaches and build diverse candidate pipelines through networks, communities, social media, and recruiting events.
• Advise hiring managers and business partners on interviewing, assessment techniques, candidate skills, and hiring risks.
• Use labour market and competitor insights to improve hiring plans, decisions, and recruiting processes.
• Manage candidate relationships and deliver a positive, well-communicated candidate experience.

Requirements

• Experience with recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition planning, and candidate assessment.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to use behavioural interviewing techniques and provide hiring recommendations.
• Knowledge of labour market trends and recruiting strategies.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified Canadian location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
