Environmental Solutions Field Project Manager (Environmental Services)

Location: Laveen, Arizona, USA; field work at client sites and facilities

What you will do

• Manage field service projects from proposal preparation and contract review through execution, invoicing, reporting, and completion.
• Develop scopes of work, safety plans, waste characterization, shipping and waste profiling documentation.
• Monitor project budgets, purchase orders, costs, revenue, profitability, and change orders.
• Coordinate with sales, proposal specialists, operations managers, general managers, customers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure field activities comply with customer requirements, environmental regulations, and health and safety standards.
• Manage personnel, equipment, vehicles, and other resources while escalating issues and reporting daily project activity.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field-related work or environmental site investigations.
• Knowledge of RCRA, DOT, TSCA, and other environmental waste regulations.
• Experience or knowledge related to waste disposal, environmental investigations, chemistry, industrial, construction, or environmental remediation work.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, customer service, analytical, organizational, financial management, and planning skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
