Analyst, Operations - Transfers (Fintech)

Location: Omaha, Nebraska, United States; onsite office role

Salary: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, plus eligible discretionary annual cash and restricted stock unit bonus targets of 5% each

What you will do

• Review documentation and process client requests.
• Analyze information to maintain a high level of quality and accuracy.
• Work with multiple systems and departments to resolve operational tasks.
• Support operational functions including account services, cash management, settlements, trading, and transfers.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Typically 1–2 years of relevant experience in an office or professional environment.
• Ability to learn operational processes and apply business judgment.
• Exposure to financial services or a related industry is preferred.
• Successful completion of credit, criminal background, and pre-employment drug screening is required.
