Supply Chain Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Location: DeSoto, Texas, United States; onsite five days a week. No relocation offered. Visa sponsorship is not available, and foreign nationals requiring or expected to require employer-specific sponsorship are not being hired.

Salary: $77,264–$115,896 per year

What you will do

• Analyze demand, inventory levels, turnover, and supply for assigned parts.
• Coordinate with suppliers on open orders, delivery performance, capacity planning, and material status.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and production teams to maintain material availability.
• Identify potential production disruptions, facilitate recovery planning, and communicate customer impact.
• Review and disposition excess, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory.
• Maintain item data and participate in continuous improvement projects that reduce lead times and improve inventory turnover.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of material and production planning fundamentals.
• At least two years of relevant supply chain, operations, planning, or inventory analysis experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Excel functions, formulas, and pivot tables.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, production processes, and supply chain operations.
• Ability to work onsite in DeSoto, Texas five days per week without employer-sponsored relocation or visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• BA/BS or associate degree in a related field, or current enrollment in a degree program.
• APICS certification and Lean Manufacturing training or certification.
• Experience with BaaN, ERP-LN, or an equivalent ERP system, plus Tableau and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Five or more years of supply chain or manufacturing/remanufacturing experience, including Solar Gas Turbine experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, initiative, and independent working skills.
