VP, Managing Director, Business Solutions

Location: New York, New York; hybrid work

Salary: $170,000–$230,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the translation of client goals into strategic, performance-focused media solutions across channels.
• Use campaign reporting, attribution models, analytics tools, and business metrics to develop recommendations and optimize campaigns.
• Oversee Business Solutions operations, agency revenue, profitability, contracts, staffing, and client deliverables.
• Build senior client relationships, manage expectations, provide strategic points of view, and resolve issues with internal and external partners.
• Manage and develop team members through feedback, goal setting, staffing, coaching, and professional development.
• Monitor industry trends and apply new knowledge to client and internal team strategy.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional experience.
• Advanced analytics and performance media expertise.
• Strong leadership and experience developing and managing media professionals.
• Experience in client relationship management and presenting ideas to senior stakeholders.
• Strong writing, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and media research or reporting resources.
