Workforce Training Lead (Member Engagement Contact Center and Digital Support)

Salary: $77,800–$90,800 annually, plus a 10% annual target bonus

What you will do

• Facilitate and support member engagement training programs across classroom, virtual, side-by-side, and blended formats.
• Assess learning needs and support the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of core and specialty curricula.
• Partner with subject matter experts, leadership, and internal departments to maintain accurate training materials and consistent service delivery practices.
• Facilitate Wings University programs using instructional materials, job aids, and software tools grounded in adult learning principles.
• Mentor team members, support coaching and follow-up, assist with onboarding and selection, and maintain training documentation.
• Research regulatory requirements, investor guidelines, industry standards, and technology updates while supporting operational readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education, organizational development, human resources, business, communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of formal training and development or teaching experience, with experience in financial services, retail banking, frontline service, sales training, coaching, or employee development.
• 3+ years of experience in a financial institution.
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning, facilitation, instructional design, curriculum development, and training systems.
• Strong public speaking, communication, organizational, problem-solving, decision-making, and technical writing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, or similar office software, plus a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of management or leadership experience.
• 1+ years of course design and development experience.
• Instructional design, curriculum development, or similar certifications.
