What you will do

• Advise principal investors and private equity firms across transaction services, strategy, operations, and portfolio-company value creation.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to address complex client challenges.
• Analyze data, formulate hypotheses, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Communicate findings with stakeholders, present results, and support implementation.
• Drive independent workstreams and contribute to overall project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced graduate degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• For Senior Associate: at least 2 years of continuous post-graduation work experience. For Consultant: at least 5 years.
• Experience in private equity transaction work, strategy consulting with CDD/VDD exposure, investment banking with M&A or transaction experience, or relevant private equity roles.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, quantitative problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written English and proficiency in the local office language or languages.
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse, dynamic environments and adapt to changing projects.
