Advisory Director, Working Capital (Fintech)

hirify.global operates Demica, a rapidly growing FinTech platform providing working capital solutions to large corporates and banks through receivables, payables, and inventory finance.

What you will do

• Lead the execution of cross-border factoring and invoice discounting transactions.
• Support the Corporate Origination and Distribution teams in developing and structuring working capital solutions.
• Analyse corporate and portfolio information and prepare deal memoranda, pricing proposals, engagement letters, teasers, Q&A documents, and presentations.
• Coordinate communication between funders, corporates, credit insurers, legal advisers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Review legal documentation, advise clients, and ensure operational and reporting requirements are delivered on schedule.
• Provide recommendations to clients and senior management, identify transaction opportunities, and support post-execution development.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in receivables finance.
• At least 5 years of experience leading cross-border factoring and/or invoice discounting transactions.
• Strong knowledge of factoring, invoice discounting, and credit insurance solutions.
• Experience in financial modelling and data management.
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to produce professional client and funder documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering, Finance, or Business Administration.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration, or a CFA qualification.
• Advisory experience.
• Fluency in a second European language.
